Ok, so you have an AD who strategically waited to fire their coach on the day of the championship game, while one of the coaches in that championship game knew that was coming. Then, you have a coach who looked right at the camera and lied, and lied the way only a person with practice can lie. Not only did he lie, but chastised the reporter who asked the question on his way out the door. That is quite an AD and Coach combo. So here is the question: When you look at Schlossnagle, Freeze, Kiffen and Petrino....., do they have such an incredibly rare talent that the rest of us have to tolerate their lies, cheating and extramarital affairs including stints with hookers? Or, is there something wrong with college sports in general in that ADs across the country just don't dig deep enough to find coaching talent with moral character because it's just easier to continue to fish in this toxic pool known offenders who know how to win?

This one hurt badly. Schloss made us look like fools. I don't think I've been this sad in years.

As a TN fan watching the way the coach handled himself at that post game press conference was disgusting, do t think this is anyone that players really want to play for. Not much from you guys about the actions and philosophies of Trev Alberts that directly caused confusion and consternation among ALL coaches there. a&m is far from being "all that" in baseball historically so I would caution you to think that you are some above average destination. I would also point out that a&m has most recently been represented and reflected by those two "a&m fans" who were a total embarrassment in front of a national audience. THAT is the personality who most think of when they think "a&m".

What a story it would’ve been for our 12th man switch hitter to tie game 2 in the 9th. Was standing in right field in Omaha and man I thought it was going out. Hats off to Tennessee they came to play. Omaha makes college baseball special bc of the great games and fan bases. Unbelievable experience despite not winning a national championship. Most intense baseball series I’ve attended, it wasn’t over until the final out and everything you’d hope for in the CWS

Vol fan here... i watched the post game press conference last night and watched it again a few hours ago....ive been screaming from the rooftops on twitter for the past few weeks defending both our coaches from Texas fans claiming they are getting one of them....i said nope, neither one is leaving.... and never in a million years did i think Schloss would go to tu and i still cant believe he did that, especially after his answer to the reporters question last night and he called the reporter selfish when hes just doing his job....i think after all of this, we see who the selfish one is.

It absolutely was inappropriate and unfair to ask that question to coach at that time. When you love, dedicate, and sacrifice so much to a degree only you could understand, you’d take offense to any idea opposing that. I love our coach and he loves us. This is about us. Block all the outside noise and focus on us.
